Our pub is just a couple of minutes drive off the A30 on the B3092 towards Gillingham. You will find the Crown Inn nestled in an area of outstanding beauty in the heart of the Blackmore Vale.

Every Saturday & Sunday 9:30am - 11:30am we serve breakfast.

Alongside our menu, we have an all you can eat option to which you can help yourself to our buffet style breakfast (with as many re-visits as you like!), pick your bottomless drink from a choice of Draft Carlsberg, Thatchers, The Crown Inn Best Bitter, Prosecco, soft drink or tea/coffee, all included in one price.

What We Can Offer You

To the rear of the pub we have a large function room that can seat up to 50 guests. We can offer both sit down meals or buffet style dining, to suit each personal preference. The room also has a skittle alley, which can be remounted if it were to be of interest.

We had the carvery, choice of beef or turkey. The vegetables were very hot, with good range of roast potatoes, green beans, carrots, parsnips etc. Meat was nicely cooked and the meal was delicious. Finished up with ice cream, chocolate tart & trifle.

Excellent Sunday Carvery Lunch and terrific cauliflower cheese! Large portions of meat and self service vegetable with a very good choice. Very friendly staff. The owners have only been here for two weeks and they have carried out a good refurbishment. Recommended.

My family and I (table of 20!) had a fantastic evening last night at The Crown. The staff were friendly and extremely attentive, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect.
